If you wish to address the board at any of it's meetings there is an Open Forum portion at the beginning that you may request to speak by emailing [email protected] by 2:00 PM on the day before the meeting. A limit of six minutes will be provided for each individual to present to the board with a maximum time allotment of 30 minutes total allocated for this portion of the meeting. Participation in the meeting beyond this point is view only unless invited by the Board as an active participant on agenda items.
Meeting Minutes are available upon request to email above. The Agenda for each meeting will be posted on the communications page and available to all who are current members of the team.
