How do you pay once you have registered?

Our treasurer is working on sending each registrant three invoices from our Wave system so that the fundraising and volunteer deposits can remain separate. Both of those we would prefer payment by check so that we do not have to encumber funds for these deposits out of your household budget and can return the check to you uncashed once requirements are met.
- Volunteer Checks will be returned after either divisionals or the end of season invitationals. We will have additional opportunities to get those volunteer points in this season with more meets, and some needed projects and committee work that provide opportunities outside of meet days for those with weekend work schedules. You will see sign up for committees at our face to face registrations and additional communication the closer to the season we get. If you would prefer not to volunteer and want us to simply cash your check you can email the address below with that request.
- Fundraising deposits will be held until a later date after our events for them have passed.
- Registration Fees will be cashed.
Any of the three fees, however, can be taken care of through one of four methods.

- Credit card payment can be requested at the same email address above. Please be advised that the credit card option has an additional convenience fee of 3.5%..

March 12th from 2-4 PM
March 14th from 12-2
April 2nd from 1-4
April 11th from 4:30-6:00
April 16th from 9am-11am
Online registration is available 24/7 as well.
