Hello parents,

Mock meet is now behind us, and the season is now in full swing. Our next meet will be a home meet versus the Windsong Wavebreakers. It's exciting time that we will look back on fondly, though for the next few weeks we will probably feel the end couldn't come fast enough!

To assist the administrative and coaching staff, and to ensure accuracy of attendance and entries, there will be a few things that we would ask our parents to assist. Please help us ensure that our season goes as smoothly as possible!

1. Parents will need to declare their swimmer(s) attendance every week before Tuesday online. 

a. To do that, log in to the Stingray website at https://stonecreekstingrays.swimtopia.com/ and click on View all next to Team Calendar.

b. Click on "Meet Entry" next to "2023 Windsong at Stone Creek" and click Edit to mark your swimmer(s)' attendance.

2. Swimmers will be marked as "attending" if no declaration are made after Tuesday.

3. Attending swimmers that missed any 2 meets without informing any of the coaching staffs will be barred from entries until they talk to coach Jason.

We are implementing this to ensure that we have a smooth and fair season for all swimmers. Absence without informing anyone can be very unfair to attending swimmers, especially for relay events. This has unfortunately happened before, and we want to ensure that we minimize this from happening again.
