Happy Mother's Day to all mothers! Especially swimmer moms since y'all put in the extra work to get your swimmer(s) in line!.

I would also like to first everyone for your patience during our rained out Saturday meet. It is frustrating to get ready early in the morning only to have the meet canceled, but rain or shine we do this for the children.

Summer Heat Invitational is already upon us and it'll be held Sunday May 21,2023. Deadline for declaring your swimmer's intention to attend is by midnight Monday, 05/15/2023. Once again, deadline is by 11:59PM 05/15/2023. Summer Heat is always a rush because of how little time there is. Thank you for understanding.

Attached to this email please find the eligibility report for all swimmers and invitational information from Summer Heat. Because this is an early season invitational, any swimmer with time trial time is able to attend. Look through the eligibility report, find your swimmer's name, and decide if you would like to go.

If you would like to attend, you will need to declare your swimmer's intention to attend by either texting coach Jason know (713) 419-0716, or to indicate that online. Process is the same as declaring for our Windsong's meet, you may refer to my previous email regarding Windsong's meet.

Payment for the meet is due by Tuesday practice. You can pay in person with Caryn Ho at the practice, or you can pay via Zelle.

We are also looking for a volunteer that can help with future invitationals. Interested party please let Caryn Ho @ (832) 863-1232 know.
